Elaboration process
8 days of fermentation at 24 °C - 26 °C, followed by 7 days of maceration after fermentation.

Ageing
6 months in French oak barrels, followed by at least 6 months in bottle.

Tasting notes
A wine with an intense red ruby color with violet hues. It is a clean-cut wine with varietal aromas, which evidences the presence of mature red fruit, spices and marked notes of vanilla and coffee, resulting from its aging in oak barrels. It has a persistent and balanced finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon

6 months in French oak barrels, followed by at least 6 months in bottle.

Tasting notes
It is an intense red violet wine, both clean and bright. In nose, it displays notes of black fruits and spices. In mouth, it is both broad and balanced with a pleasant and durable finish.

Chardonnay

CHARDONNAY

Hand-picked in mid March.

Elaboration process
Selected harvest, soft pressing, cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 15 °C - 16 °C. It is stabilized in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes
It is a bright yellow wine with greenish hues. In nose, its notes of tropical fruit, mature pear and pineapple flavors are appreciated. In mouth, its acidity is refreshing. This medium body wine is unctuous and has a long and durable finish.
