MALBEC

Grape harvest
100% Malbec grapes which are harvested when the relationship between its main components (sugar and acidity) is appropriate to ensure a good balance in the resulting wine.

Vinification
These grapes are destemmed and subsequently fermented and softly macerated, at a temperature between 22 °C and 26 °C for 7 days, focused on preserving their fruity scents and varietal expression.

Ageing
This wine is conserved in pools for some months. It will then be briefly transitioned to oak, and finally, its harmlessness is ensured through filtration before bottling. It will rest in bottle for two months before it is marketed.

Tasting notes
This is a deep red wine, with violet hues. It has a red fruit marmalade aroma in nose. It has vey sweet tannins in mouth, a subtle wooden touch and a good aftertaste.

Cabernet Sauvignon

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Grape harvest
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested at their optimal maturity point, and this ensures the maximum varietal expression.

Vinification
These grapes are destemmed and subsequently fermented and macerated at a temperature between 24 °C and 26 °C for 7 days, focused on preserving their fruity aroma and varietal expression.

Ageing
This wine is conserved in pools for some months. It will then be briefly transitioned to oak, and finally, its harmlessness is ensured through filtration before bottling. It will rest in bottle for two months before it is marketed.

Tasting notes
This is a deep red wine. Its aroma is fruity and spicy. Nice and generous in mouth, it displays pepper notes and a subtle wooden touch.

Torrontés

TORRONTÉS

Grape harvest
100% Torrontés hand-picked grapes once the fruit has developed its maximum concentration of substances that foresee the variety’s characteristic aromas and flavors.

Vinification
These grapes are destemmed and separated from solid materials at low temperatures. Then, they are fermented at between 16 °C and 18 °C for 12 days, in order to preserve its terpenes, and what will give birth to its floral and honey scents.

Ageing
This wine is conserved in pools at controlled temperatures for some months, to finally ensure its harmlessness through its stabilization and filtration before bottling. It will rest in bottle for one month before they are marketed.

Tasting notes
This is a light yellow wine with green flashes. In nose, it displays a rose floral scent, together with citric and honey aromas. Expressing a mild acidity, its flavor persists in mouth.
